Our Work Speaks Louder

Every abandoned factory, every forgotten warehouse, every piece of overlooked infrastructure has a story worth telling. We just help 'em tell it better. Here's what happens when you stop tearing down and start building up.

Distillery District Expansion
Historic Restoration

Distillery District Expansion

Turned a crumbling Victorian-era malthouse into 42 loft apartments without losing that gritty charm. Kept the original timber beams, exposed the brick that'd been hiding under layers of industrial paint since 1893.

Port Lands Waterfront Hub
Brownfield Rehabilitation

Port Lands Waterfront Hub

This was contaminated industrial land that nobody wanted to touch. Cleaned it up, brought in native plantings, and now it's a mixed-use space where folks actually wanna hang out. Took three years but worth every headache.

Junction Triangle Commons
Mixed-Use Development

Junction Triangle Commons

Old railway workshop that sat empty for 15 years. Now it's got retail on the ground floor, co-working spaces on two, and affordable housing up top. The community actually talks to each other here - that's the real win.

Parkdale Transit Plaza
Urban Renewal

Parkdale Transit Plaza

Used to be an underused parking lot and bus loop that felt kinda sketchy after dark. Added better lighting, green infrastructure, seating that isn't hostile, and suddenly it's become the neighborhood's living room.

Completed 2024

Liberty Village Cultural Centre
Community Space

Liberty Village Cultural Centre

Former textile factory that'd been chopped up into weird office spaces. Opened it back up, brought in natural light through new skylights, created flexible community programming space. Local artists run the place now.

Spadina Garment District Revival
Historic Restoration

Spadina Garment District Revival

Five connected buildings from the 1920s that were falling apart. Preserved the street facade, updated everything behind it to modern standards. The loading docks became restaurant patios - that was a fun conversion.

Completed 2022

Downsview Park Extension
Brownfield Rehabilitation

Downsview Park Extension

Military base turned contaminated wasteland turned 15-acre public park. Phytoremediation was our friend here - plants doing the heavy lifting to clean the soil. Nature's pretty amazing when you let it work.

Completed 2024

Leslieville Brewery Lofts
Mixed-Use Development

Leslieville Brewery Lofts

Old brewery that smelled like hops and regret. Kept the copper brewing tanks as art installations, converted the rest into live-work units. Ground floor's got a craft brewery again - full circle moment there.

Completed 2023

Kensington Market Laneway Project
Urban Renewal

Kensington Market Laneway Project

Seven back alleys that were basically dumping grounds. Added permeable paving, murals, pocket gardens, and decent lighting. Now they're shortcuts people actually enjoy taking instead of avoiding.

Completed 2025

Dovercourt Branch Library Renewal
Community Space

Dovercourt Branch Library Renewal

Carnegie library from 1914 that was getting zero foot traffic. Opened up the layout, added maker spaces and quiet zones, kept all the original woodwork. Circulation's up 300% - people needed the space, just not how it was.

Completed 2022

Danforth Music Hall Restoration
Historic Restoration

Danforth Music Hall Restoration

Art deco theatre that'd been through like five different lives - cinema, bingo hall, nightclub. Stripped away the bad renovations, brought back the original plasterwork and marquee. She's gorgeous again.

Completed 2021

St. Lawrence Market North
Mixed-Use Development

St. Lawrence Market North

Municipal building that was functional but totally uninspiring. Added market stalls, food vendors, and public gathering spaces while keeping city offices upstairs. Government doesn't have to be boring, turns out.

Completed 2022

Queen West Pedestrian Corridor
Urban Renewal

Queen West Pedestrian Corridor

Car-dominated street that was killing the neighborhood vibe. Narrowed vehicle lanes, widened sidewalks, added bike infrastructure and street furniture. Local businesses saw a 40% uptick in sales - pedestrians spend money, who knew?

Completed 2021

West Don Lands Housing
Brownfield Rehabilitation

West Don Lands Housing

Former industrial zone that flooded regularly and had serious soil contamination. Fixed the flooding with better grading, remediated the soil, built 300 units of mixed-income housing. Took forever but it's solid now.

Completed 2021

Regent Park Youth Hub
Community Space

Regent Park Youth Hub

Old community center that teens wouldn't be caught dead in. Worked directly with local youth to design spaces they'd actually use - recording studio, dance room, gaming lounge. They're there every day now, that's the metric that matters.

Completed 2025

Let's Talk About It
